1. These terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fulres website and video metadata tools (the “Service”), operated by 4k-tiktok (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission under the laws that apply to you, obtain that permission before using the Service. When connecting a TikTok account, you must also meet TikTok’s account eligibility requirements.
2. What the Service does
Fulres edits supported MP4 or MOV container metadata in your browser and prepares a video for sending to TikTok. It preserves the encoded video and audio rather than re-encoding or upscaling them. Your video file is processed on your device. When you expressly confirm an inbox upload or direct post, the optimized output is relayed through our application server to TikTok without being saved to application storage.
Metadata changes can affect how other software displays duration or reads a file. Keep your original export and check the prepared result before relying on it. Fulres does not create missing detail, guarantee compatibility with every player, guarantee a compression bypass, or guarantee that TikTok or another platform will display a video in 4K or at a particular frame rate.
You choose between uploading to your TikTok inbox, publishing directly with the available posting options. Upload and publishing permissions are requested separately from basic sign-in. Videos are sent only after your confirmation.
Experimental web publishing
The Web uploader destination requires a separate TikTok QR connection, an explicit audience selection and confirmation of the displayed publishing account and video. It uses TikTok’s web uploader without requiring a private profile, but TikTok’s eligibility, visibility, moderation and additional checks still apply. This experimental route may stop working when TikTok changes. It uses TikTok defaults for cover and other settings; use official direct posting or TikTok Studio when custom controls or disclosures are required. Never assume a failed confirmation means no post was made; check TikTok Studio before retrying.
3. TikTok sign-in and your account
You can use local optimization without an account. If you sign in with TikTok, you authorize the basic profile information described in our Privacy Policy to create your Fulres profile and associate export details with it. You must connect only an account you are authorized to use.
Protect access to your device, TikTok account, and signed-in browser session. We never ask you to send us your TikTok password. You can sign out, disconnect Fulres through TikTok’s account settings, and use the account controls on the Privacy Policy page to export or delete stored account data.
Public TikTok checks
The video checker reports public metadata available at the time of the request. Results may be incomplete, change over time or differ by viewer, device and region. The exact-post mobile-web indexEnabled boolean is displayed as a public indexing signal; false indicates a possible restriction and true does not prove For You eligibility. Numeric public moderation codes remain observations only. Provider requests are skipped when a matching direct boolean is available. Otherwise, an unknown TikWM server result can be retried directly from your browser, with separate attempt/source/time labels. Optional TikTokAPI.io requests stay on the server and are enabled only through explicit operator configuration. A separately labeled recommendation flag from TikWM or optionally TikTokAPI.io may also be shown when available for the matching public post. This third-party signal does not verify a shadowban, official For You eligibility, an account-wide restriction or active recommendations; its accuracy and source freshness have not been independently verified. The checker cannot verify proprietary upload signatures or playback on an unmeasured device. Missing values are unavailable, not zero. The checker does not provide video downloads.
Demo access
When demo login is enabled, you may sign in using the username “demo” without connecting TikTok or supplying a password. Each login creates a separate demo account. Its signed browser session remains available across reloads for up to seven days; signing out or clearing its cookie removes your access to that session. Demo login does not recover earlier demo accounts. Use the Privacy Policy page’s account controls to download or delete your stored demo data before signing out.
4. Your videos and ownership
You keep your ownership rights in the videos and other content you use with the Service. You give Fulres permission only to perform the local processing you request, store the related export and upload details when you are signed in, and transfer your optimized video and selected posting settings to TikTok when you expressly confirm. We do not claim ownership of your videos.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process and share your content, including rights relating to music, images, people, and other material in your video. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the rules of the platforms you use.
The Service’s branding, interface, and original code remain the property of their respective rights holders. Third-party and open-source software remains subject to its own licenses. These terms do not restrict rights those licenses give you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, process content you are not authorized to use, distribute malicious files, interfere with the Service, access another person’s account or data, or attempt to bypass our access controls. Do not misrepresent your identity or imply an endorsement by TikTok or another party.
6. File availability and export history
Prepared video files and local history exist in your current browser session. Closing or reloading the tab can remove access to them. When signed in, your export history stores file details, not copies of your videos, and cannot restore a lost video file.
Fulres does not offer export downloads. Keep your original video files. You may send the optimized video to your TikTok inbox to finish editing and posting in TikTok, or choose direct posting with the privacy, caption, interaction, and disclosure options shown in the app. Each transfer requires confirmation. TikTok controls permissions, quotas, processing, moderation, visibility, and availability; a completed transfer does not guarantee a published post. Direct posts from unaudited apps are restricted by TikTok. Enabling a destination requires its separate TikTok permission. The current Service does not charge optimization fees. Any future paid offering would require separate, clearly disclosed pricing and terms.
7. Third-party services
TikTok provides sign-in, upload and publishing APIs, and controls its own services. You must follow TikTok’s applicable music and branded content rules and hold the necessary rights before confirming a post. Supabase provides database infrastructure, and the website’s hosting and font providers support delivery of the Service. Their services are subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Fulres and 4k-tiktok are independent of TikTok. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance. Changes to third-party services may affect functionality or results.
8. Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or compatible with every file or platform. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including to address misuse, security issues, or changes in third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Keep your original files and verify output before use.
These limitations do not apply where the law prohibits them, including any liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
10. Ending use and changes to these terms
You may stop using the Service at any time. Deleting your Fulres account removes its stored profile, export history, posting credentials, and upload records; it does not delete your TikTok account or videos stored on your device. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms or protect the Service and its users.
We may revise these terms as the Service changes. Updated terms will appear here with a revised date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it before applying that change. The revised terms apply prospectively.

Our Privacy Policy explains the data the Service handles, the essential cookies it uses, and the controls available to download or delete stored account information. Please review it before connecting your TikTok account.
